M.C.S. begins by working directly with a company's engineering and maintenance departments, in order to achieve an understanding of the company's operations and maintenance concerns. We will perform various site inspections and equipment evaluations to begin to create a maintenance database.
We will advise, as to any inspections that should be performed in order to comply with A.S.M.E. and National Board Standards in regard to {V}, {UV} and [R] stamped code requirements, pertaining to pressure vessels and the safety relief devices protecting those systems.
Upon fully addressing the customer's concerns, we will begin to outline areas where corrective actions and repairs could be completed in order to minimize unexpected downtime in the future and maximize efficiency.
Once the areas of concern have been outlined we can begin to estimate costs for implementing the corrective actions and necessary repairs to equipment. We also supply replacement cost analysis for equipment and recommend maintenance intervals for new or repaired equipment.
All service and repairs accomplished by M.C.S. are conducted in accordance with A.S.M.E. codes and standards and in conjunction with the manufacturer's guide lines and specifications. We also provide the same (1) year warranty as the manufacturer for new and serviced equipment.
